Amy Robertson is the CEO and Founder of Soul Advantage, LLC where she is a fractional human resources executive for growing global and domestic companies.

She provides talent and HR consulting and services focused on enterprise and people strategy, culture and employment branding, organizational effectiveness, change management and mergers and acquisitions.

Amy is also a facilitator for strategic planning, new team assimilation, and senior leader development sessions.

Amy has over 25 years of dynamic experience, holding past global executive and senior leadership positions at ChannelAdvisor Corporation, Red Hat, Inc. and AICPA. Her early career experience started in consulting with Aon Hewitt in their actuarial and consulting departments. She has a broad understanding of public and private company needs.

Amy is passionate about her alma mater and is on the board of directors for the NCSU College of Sciences Foundation and is a past commencement speaker for the department of mathematics. She is also an action-oriented mental health advocate and serves as both a trainer, coach and coordinator for NAMI-Wake County Basics education classes and is on the board of directors for NAMI-North Carolina.
